Synopsis

It's just another night shift for you at Macky Bumble's Burgers and Fries. As you complete the list of tasks you've been assigned, you fight off your sleep deprivation, the mysterious customer who keeps coming and going, and your concern for your coworker who hasn't shown up to his shift. As the night progresses, your shift becomes more and more unbearable as strange events begin to unfold.

For all endings except for the true one, it is solely dependent on the second chore or task you decide to do. All other choices allow you to explore and better understand the story however, do not influence the ending.

• Ending 1: "Avoidance"

  For the second chore, select "Clean and Restock the Bathroom".

• Ending 2: "Guilt"

  For the second chore, select "Do the Dishes".

• Ending 3: "Fear"

  For the second chore, select "Mop the Lobby".

• Ending 4: "Rage"

  For the second task, select "Check the Schedule" and then "Call Chris".

• Ending 5: "Isolation"

  For the second task, select "Check the Schedule" and then "Leave Chris Alone".

• ***Ending 6: "True Ending"

  For the first chore, select "Clean and Restock the Bathroom".

  For the second task, select "Check the Schedule" and then "Call Chris".

  For the third chore, select "Do the Dishes".

  Then for the final chore, you will only have the option to select "Mop the Lobby".

Word Vomit

This is my first game! While I am very proud, there are of course aspects I wish to improve on, such as making the gameplay more immersive, adding more images, and most critically, fixing the audio. Ironically, the audio I detest the most (cleaning the dishes), I was unable to replace due to downloading the maximum amount of daily audio from freesound.org on the final day of the Tales to Thrill game Jam. However, I hope you enjoy this game :)
